23 November 2024 at 10h30, I ordered quarter chicken (Leg) and my daughter ordered chicken chilly burger.They said it will take about 10 minutes waiting time. After 20 minutes my daughter went to check, and she was told they forgot to make her burger, and we must wait for another few minutes, then after few minutes I went to ask them to give us our drinks because we waiting for a long time. The lady gave me the drinks and she said I must also wait for my order. When I opened my order the leg was so small and dry and hard.Inside it was green and black, you could tell it was re heated several times. My daughter's burger was wet with watery sauce. You don't expect to get a raw deal so early in the morning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very unprofessional customer service from the cashier at Steers, they busy arguing infront of customer about the cash I had to stand there for about 5min till they were done arguing. No apologies whatsoever!!
