Friedrich-Ebert-Brucke doit absolument être visitée avant un merveilleux repas dans ce café. Rötterdam offre des sandwichs savoureux. Commandez un cappuccino immense qu'ils servent ici.

The boss's service thought: 0 stars. Last Sunday lunchtime I had dinner with my wife at Rötterdam because I had received a voucher for my birthday. Before ordering, we showed our friendly waitress the 1.5-year-old voucher, which clearly contains the restaurant's logo and stamp, and made our meal requests. After eating (yum), I went to another employee at the checkout to pay. This alerted me that my voucher did not correspond to the current format. I pointed out to him that the voucher was proven to be 1.5 years old and that we had shown the voucher to our waitress, who did not object to it. I was told that the service had only been hired for a month and therefore had no in-depth knowledge of vouchers, but that he would call the boss because the owner of the Rötterdam had changed about 1.5 years ago (with the same logo and the same location) . After the call, which the boss canceled after about half a minute, the employee informed me that my voucher would no longer be accepted due to the change of ownership and that I would have to pay the full price. No accommodation, no asking about the circumstances, just a flat rejection. All the employees on site were understanding and friendly, but we left disappointed and also angry. My tip: Stay away from buying vouchers in Rötterdam, after the very quick processing I'm not even sure whether the story is true at all, it wasn't understandable for us.
