The food was great, the service of the food also great. The oil and the butter amazing! The problem is about the wine. In a place like this I expect the maximum. We ordered a Brunello and the wine came with a defect of cork. I said to the "somellier" and he replied "no, it is good" I was shocked. The second bottle we took was totally different. Food: 4 Service: 1

Best meal we had in Bellagio, restaurant was beautifully and elegantly decorated. Food and service were fantastic. Sommelier had good recommendations and was very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend you try this place Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a fantastic meal at Roteo during our stay at Musa! They were able to accommodate us for a 9-course tasting menu at 9:30pm which was gracious of them because it ended quite late after midnight. It is called “Aqua” and is a unique pescatarian focused meal with many innovative dishes such as a tableside smoking a shot of tomato juice with langostine to go alongside a langostine course, and a shellfish mix encased in a clear “plastic” shell made of a sort of rice paper to symbolize pollution of the ocean. The wine was also excellent and the service top-notch with precision timing that you’d expect of a restaurant gunning for a Michelin star (and deserving of one in my book). Ambiance is very crisp and modern and the place looks brand new. It’s right on the water but we were seated towards the interior next to the wine fridge which we were worried was a poor seat at first but proved to be very fun as it is lighted very nicely and we got to discuss more wines with the sommelier who was delightful. Overall it was a pure treat and a different kind of elevated dining experience that was a splendid in contrast to the more traditional Italian restaurants we mostly at at during our trip to Lake Como!
