Contrary to your assertion, our staff did not ignore you; in fact, they greeted you and provided you with directions to the dining facilities, they provided detailed information about the sign-in process and addressed all your questions to the best of their ability, as seen on the security footage. Regarding your specific experience, we regret any inconvenience caused during the sign-in process. However, it is essential to adhere to our policies for the benefit of all members and guests by signing in and providing some personal details. From our understanding, you did not feel comfortable with our guest policy and did not wish to provide personal information. Additionally, we followed up with the individual you mentioned as your host member and informed them of our policies regarding guest sign in process.
