**Review of Rheinhotel Schulz GmbH** My stay at Rheinhotel Schulz GmbH was a mix of positives and significant disappointments, leading to an overall unsatisfactory experience. **Renovations:** The biggest issue during my stay was the ongoing renovation work, which I wasn’t informed about at all before my arrival. The noise started before 8 AM every day, making it impossible to sleep in or enjoy any peace and quiet in the morning. The lack of communication about these renovations was particularly frustrating. **Room Condition:** The room itself, while clean, had several issues that detracted from the experience. It seemed only partially renovated, with the TV not working, the internet completely non-functional, and some electrical plugs unusable. Several light switches were ineffective or missing covers, giving the room an unfinished and poorly maintained feel. Additionally, the sight of a tree tied to the balcony fence with an internet cable was unprofessional and unappealing. **Dining:** Although the breakfast food appeared fresh, both my partner and I experienced stomach issues after eating. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, as it made us wary of consuming anything else at the hotel. What should have been a positive aspect of our stay turned into a source of discomfort. **Staff and Service:** The staff were generally polite, but their behavior was a bit strange at times. Given the number of issues we faced, I would have appreciated more proactive service or at least some acknowledgment of the problems, but this was lacking. **Value for Money:** Considering the numerous problems, I found the hotel to be overpriced and overrated.
