Restaurant Gastronomique à Riga Lettonie. Pompeux, chers pour des plats tout à faits simples, la présentation ne sauve pas la banalité. Je ne copppmprend pas le prix des feuilles Americano qui servent de lit pour 4 petits morceaux de pains pour un total de 7 euros. Une entrée, un plat vous hésitez pour le dessert pour un ticket moyen à 80/90 € hors boissons. Il faut reconnaître une offre de vins importante. L'établissement est situé dans une petite rue dans laquelle on ne s'aventure pas vraiment, mais l'étendard « Relais & Châteaux » est attirant. On s'approche de la carte, dont les prix sont étonnamment raisonnables pour une telle référence, et l'on demande à la gentille équipe du petit restaurant s'il est possible de déjeuner... Bien sûr, monsieur : choisissez votre table. Qu'à cela ne tienne ! Service impeccable. Et cuisine de très grande qualité... Les produits viennent de la mer, toute proche, où l'on pêche quantité de belles bêtes. Les préparations sont d'un grand raffinement, le chef ayant suivi une formation très complète auprès de grands chefs internationaux, comme chez Noma à Copenhague. Il y a de très bonnes idées, comme l'intrusion des pommes (fruits) aux côtés de la truite dans son ceviche... On se régale. Aucune fausse note entre l'entrée, le plat et le dessert. Tout est délicieux et d'une légèreté appréciable à l'heure du déjeuner. Bravo.
