We visited Reflections for my birthday dinner with 10 guests. The booking process was very inconvenient. They mentioned submitting an online request for parties of 10 or greater. Once my request was submitted, I received one follow up email to advise of the custom menu options they have and that we cannot order A La Carte for 10 guests and would have to choose a custom menu with shared appetizers and mains. This was very inconvenient because the price seemed very high for the options on the menus however, I still picked one and got back to the booking representative. From then, I never heard back and reached back out via phone and email but got no response. I spoke to the restaurant 3 different times over the phone mentioning that I still have not received the booking confirmation and was told each time I would receive a call back but only received one when I called the restaurant for the 4th time. The day before the reservation I received a call to confirm the booking is still good. I asked at that time if we could order A La Carte instead of the custom menu options as each guest had different dietary restrictions and they were unable to customize the custom menus they have set. I was then told it would be okay which was great but just frustrating that this was told not to be possible when I had originally asked. The day of the reservation we were running 10 minutes behind so I wanted to call and notify the restaurant. I called the restaurant 12 times and none of my calls were answered, very unprofessional. The table was still there for us but having to be stressed and not being able to get through a single phone call was not pleasant. Our table was a high top table right next to the kitchen, every-time the servers would come to pick up dishes from the kitchen for other tables they were constantly bumping into our tables chairs and guests. We could also barely hear each other because the kitchen was so loud and we were right next to it. We then asked our server to move our table and it was done. Lastly, our server was extremely slow in taking our drink and food orders. Majority of the night we were calling her over and reminding her we were ready to order but she would still take very long to get back and take our orders. There was also mix ups in people’s drinks and food. Overall, the food was decent. Quality of the food was not worth the price. $24+ for cocktails which seemed watered down. Service and experience just getting this reservation was so unprofessional that we would not return. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

We had the butterflied prawns, lobster dumplings and pizza. Everything was delicious. Our server, Justin was excellent! Great service, beautiful atmosphere. Will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100

Stunning atmosphere, gorgeous Venue and food was divine! My only thing was it was a little bit slow to order drinks during the meal, but it was a very busy time also and the restaurant was packed! Would happily go back. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
