EXTREME PRICE INCREASE: The menu published here on Google 2 years ago, where many dishes cost € 4.90, has unfortunately not been moderately revised. Currently you pay a whopping €8.90 instead of €4.90!!! Of course, this was not pointed out when ordering by telephone, which has an almost insurmountable language barrier, and there is no other current menu online. Assuming an increase to a maximum of €6.90, I almost missed the total bill (€267) for 15 calculated eaters. I had 15 small portions for a customer event. Ordered glass noodle salad, summer rolls and spring rolls. The glass noodle salad was below average and more like a snack salad. Little glass noodles, lots of white cabbage, canned pineapple? (for exotic) and the (fish sauce) dressing was bland, without any of the sophistication that Vietnamese is known for. The salad tasted very strongly of just white cabbage. As requested, it was filled into large packaging (plastic). One of them was broken and was wrapped in cling film, which resulted in the entire fish sauce dressing being distributed completely throughout my car (first the passenger seat, then the trunk) via the capillary action of the film. This packaging was at the bottom of the stack and since the salad was hardly touched, I took this package home with me (Hamburg). My hungry wife then stopped consuming it after she had 2 pieces of plastic packaging in her mouth. The 2 stars are for the friendliness of the employees. Food: 2

We went to Quang Anh Too restaurant and had a very bad experience. The waiter immediately asked us to order, even though we hadn't even checked the menu. When our food came I had ordered tofu instead of chicken, but the waiter argued with me and said I had ordered chicken. Another guest confirmed that I ordered tofu. The waiter was very rude and didn't even look us in the eye. When I asked him to bring me chili peppers and limes for my soup, he only brought limes and dismissed me with an awkward tone. My order usually came with jasmine rice but I got noodles. When I asked him why it didn't come with rice, he told me I had to order extra rice. I said no, but he still brought me rice without being asked and left it on the table. When I went to pay, he wouldn't show me the bill and joked condescendingly about it. I didn't tip him. When other guests spoke to me about the service and I expressed my displeasure, he served another table and called out "21.20 €" into our conversation. The bill was €21.30, which I paid exactly. Although I've only had good things to say about the restaurant in the past, we'll never be coming back! Can't recommend anyone to come here more!
