Typical Italian bar. Very good coffee, delicious pastries made in-house, the service was very friendly and not hectic at all. The prices are very moderate. Last week I was staying in a hotel in Rome where I was entitled to breakfast in the Puro Sud cafeteria. It was my first time in Italy and although I don't speak Italian, I thought I wasn't going to have a problem since it is a language very similar to Spanish and I also have a small notion of English. The first day we went there to have breakfast, the treatment by the waitresses in the cafeteria was totally degrading, they did not trust the vouchers and did not offer us what was in them, they did not even made the effort for understand us despite the fact that two of the waitresses speak Spanish and did nothing to facilitate the situation. They made us feel very bad about their rudeness and the lack of empathy to the point that they made our breakfast very uncomfortable. At the end of the trip, we decided not to go to the cafeteria anymore because we couldn't stand their taunts, their looks at us and bad answers. I had never encountered the same situation and I travel a lot. Undoubtedly, a place I will never return to. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
