That was my first time there, and the reason was that had good reviews and I was in the mood for a nice juicy burger, when we got there I asked the guy that was standing in front of the place if we could sit outside and he didn’t look too enthusiastic to do so, ok I wasn’t wearing Armani suit but I was in track pants and a sweater and puma running shoes, we asked for 2 burgers mine doubled with cheese and mushrooms and asked if the burger came with French fry’s and he said yes I also asked if it came with lettuce and tomato and he said no, I asked him if he could put a slice of tomato and he said will see he asked me how I like my burger cooked and I said medium, half hr later he brought the plate with potato chips no French fry’s and the first bite into the burger the meat was still bloody inside , burned outside and raw inside, I tried to get his attention to come but he kept looking everywhere’s else except out table, Not that the place was busy there were only 3 people dining I’m not sure how this place got a 4 star, I have lived across the world like Canada and United States for 40 years and I have eating a lot of burgers in my life and this one was the worse One .I would not recommend it. Maybe I should have gone to Mc Donald instead . Btw he never put that slice of tomato as I asked for Response to your reply: thank you for answering so soon, mine biggest complain was that first of all the burger was not cooked was very raw with blood dripping even tho I asked for medium not rare. Second I asked if it came with French Fryes and the server said yes that was a lie because it came with potato chips( if I wanted to eat potato chips I would have stayed home) he should have specified but he was too busy looking around checking the people that walked by , he never came and asked how was the meal and if we needed something else, very poor poor service for 43 euros for 2 burgers If you call flipping a burger ((Cucina Italiana) you are sadly mistaken, and go back you came from you have no idea how to flip a burger my 16 years old daughter can make better burgersand as far as burgers you can’t even compete with American or Canadian as they have it down to perfection and lastly you don’t know what I was going to do with that slice of tomato if he would have brought it. buongiorno, innanzitutto voglio ringraziarla per la segnalazione, e se non le è piaciuto il nostro hamburger mi dispiace molto, si sa che non possiamo piacere a tutti per quanto riguarda la fetta di pomodoro che non le è stata aggiunta, mi dispiace molto ma le nostre ricette sono bilanciate per esaltare i sapori principali (fetta di pomodoro con porcini???), evidentemente avendo girato il mondo e vissuto tanti anni all'estero ha dimenticato i gusti e i sapori della nostra bellissima ITALIA (che non ha nulla da invidiare a paesi come Canada e USA), altra cosa importantissima, che lei aveva un abbigliamento casual e non di Arman, per noi non fa alcuna differenza non siamo certo classisti come vuole farci sembrare. lei dice che era dell'umore giusto? a me non sembra così, ma se questo è il suo umore continui ad andare al mac forse troverà qualcosa che migliorerà il suo umore, ed a noi ci lasci i nostri cari clienti che sono tanti ed affezionatissimi e frequentano il nostro locale da ormai 7 anni, ma probabilmente sono tutti incompetenti.
