Yesterday I took my wife to this restaurant, which I chose based on the rating on Google. As for the location, it's great, the view, the interior, everything is tip top. 10/10 service at a really professional level. As for the food, we liked it except for one disappointment, which paradoxically was the fish (snapper) that we were most looking forward to. Zamna the fish was indistinct and as for the sky, it was already a bit too combined. But that's just my opinion of course. Otherwise, the overall impression was good :) Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today I had a great opportunity to dine at Bubbles Restaurant. As I entered, I was met with a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant has seats both inside and outside on the terrace. The waitress who served us this evening had been really nice and spoke good English. So that makes 5 stars for both service and atmosphere :). I got myself two starters, a soup and a dessert. Before the starters, the waiters brought out appetiser in form of homemade bread and butter. The butter texture was much different from any other butter you would try, it was similar to the texture of weeped cream which made it easy to spread on the bread. When the the starters arrived, I was met with both good looking dishes, and their looks corresponded to the taste. The crab and tuna were fresh and tasted really well. Then, the soup arrived which was delicious as well and with no exception had freshly cooked fish and shrimps that felt like melting in your mouth. Lastly, the dessert was brought out. It looked very unique, and it had met my taste expectations. The texture was sweet, soft and creamy, while the inside of it was filled with sourly jam made of berries + caramel, and had a cookie crumble as well which added crunch to the dessert. The sweetness and sourness combined well together. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to treat themselves with a high quality meal. Great location and interesting menu, this city needed such a representative restaurant. Located on the river Danube in the heart of Bratislava yet easy access and parking.
The staff is very skilled and helpful, menu inovative.
Great restaurant to for fine dining or a glass of superb coctail or champagne.
Will be visiting regulary.
