I had the pleasure of dining for two at the Polis fish restaurant and I must say that it was a truly unforgettable culinary experience. We were welcomed with an aperitif offered, accompanied by a nibble. The portions of starters, first and second courses were abundant and generous, allowing you to enjoy a wide selection of dishes prepared with fresh fish. Each dish was not only a joy for the palate, but also a real feast for the eyes. The service was impeccable, with pleasant and elegant staff who knew how to pamper us throughout the dinner. In particular, I would like to thank Daniele for the stimulating conversations and warm welcome that made our evening even more special. His passion for the restaurant and his availability in recommending the best dishes certainly enriched our experience. Excellent selection of wines, accompanied by the history of the cellars and fragrances of the wine ordered, I thank Daniele again. In conclusion, the Polis restaurant is a place where the quality of the food combines perfectly with a high level of service. I recommend everyone to visit it to have a unique and memorable gastronomic experience. I can't wait to return to enjoy the delights on offer again!
