Abbiamo mangiato qui sabato sera! Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Pizze lievitate benissimo e quindi per nulla pesanti! Cannolo siciliano squisito! Everything perfect, delicious pizzas! The only flaw was that the tables were too close together, we could hear the conversations of the boys next door and we also tasted their desserts (very good). Guys, the other night I went to a pizzeria with my friends. They make us sit in a room that could comfortably hold ten people. Ten. But they fit twenty-five! It felt like being in Poggioreale, not a pizzeria. A situation like: "Sardines in a Can, Part Two". The noise? The noise was such that it felt like we were at the Primavera Sound Festival! My friends and I had to communicate with sign language. Except none of us know! It was all "Huh?" "What?" "What did you say?" Patience, we think. We order drinks and food. The beers arrive after half an hour. Half an hour, guys! And the waiter tells us: "Sorry, we were changing the keg." He repeats this phrase for two hours, at all the tables, like a Zen mantra. “We were changing the keg.” Those barrels must have been strenuously defended. Like, "No, we're not going down without a fight!" Finally, after an hour, the pizzas arrive. But one is wrong. Big mistake. Three of us eat and towards the last slice, the fourth pizza arrives, the survivor. Except... it's biscuity! We almost called in an archaeologist to date that thing. There we understood the reason for the delay: he was trying to change color through overexposure in the oven. But hey, sportsmen. They offer it to us. Wow, thanks so much! Coming to the pizzas, the toppings were good, the ingredients were quality, but the pizza chef needs to become more familiar with the oven. Or maybe he can't handle the overcrowding. The pizzas were visibly toasted. A great experience that I will never repeat again. Sin. But at least I have a great story to tell!
