I ordered pizza delivery on Just Eat, as suggested by the lady on the phone. So far so good, the fact is that I order two pizzas; mine was a red Tuna and Onion. Not being able to eat onion, but loving tuna, I search the site for a way to say that I don't want onion. There are the notes, I go to write, but a message comes out saying not to write allergies or intolerances there, but to call the place directly. Ok, it's not up to them but up to Just Eat, and I'll call. The lady starts telling me that I have to write it in the notes. I explain the message I got, and she says I was wrong. I insist, I say that I tried and that the message said to call, and she says it's not possible. Not being crazy, I keep trying to explain the situation. She says this is the first time this has happened. Maybe, but it happened to me. The fact is that she talks to the pizza chef because apparently the order number (which had just been placed) that I offered to give her wasn't enough for her to find mine. Finally she says to the pizza chef "no onion", then he asks "only tuna?" and she confirms. Moral of the story, I received a tuna and mozzarella pizza, therefore white. Now, I have the screenshot of the notes and the pizza on the menu is red, and I never asked for a white one. Listening to the customer is the first thing, I also did this job, and I didn't have any absurd demands in this order. I just asked for the same pizza but without onion. In the end, I was hungry and I love the tuna pizza, plus it's still good, but in terms of service they should improve a little and listen to the customer more carefully. Food: 4 Service: 2
