The worst experience I've ever had in Iceland. I ordered a pizza at 15:30 and it was delivered to me at 17:40 absolutely cold. Then without informing me they made another pizza as an apology. I understand that they wanted to make it right, but in this case they should have at least notified the customer of their decision. I wanted a refund, but they had already sent a second pizza. I understand that they don't have their own delivery service and use Wolt, but they should have some control over the delivery process because it's their reputation. I will never order anything here again. I don't recommend it to anyone
