I supposedly ordered from Pizza Mizza Twin Towers through the Bistro app. My order was a gluten-free quattro formaggi pizza with an addition of pepperoni, 450 g, 32cm according to the order confirmed via email. What did they deliver? A pizza with "feferony" (instead of pepperoni) which are some disgusting spicy vegetables that totally ruined my pizza as I can't stand spicy food. Not only did they screw up my order but the pizza I received was not even 25cm. What a scam!! Even in the invoice it says the box they charged for was a 28 cm one, no chance of fitting 32 cm. On top of this, they took 80 minutes to deliver this pizza even though the delivery address was 15 mins by walk from this restaurant. The invoice says it was delivered from Petrzlaka? No wonder. I filled the survey from Bistro and never received so much as an acknowledgement. Let alone an apology from either the restaurant or the app. Never ever again. Avoid this place if you can.
