Exceptional Service at Pinks Burgers! I recently had an amazing experience at Pinks Burgers that truly made my day. After a long and stressful shift at the hospital, I stopped by the restaurant around 7:15 pm to grab a quick bite. I ordered a poutine, a hamburger, and a drink for takeout, expecting the usual experience of waiting for my name to be called. To my pleasant surprise, a young man wearing his cap in reverse went above and beyond with his service. He first brought my drink cup to the table and then personally delivered my order. Instead of simply calling out my name, he took that extra step to make the experience more personal and thoughtful. It may seem like a small gesture, but after a busy day, it truly meant a lot. The entire team at Pinks Burgers deserves recognition for their friendliness and warm atmosphere. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. To the owner and management: Please let your team know they are doing an incredible job. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, has such a positive impact—especially on those of us who come in tired and hungry after a long shift.
