The food and its presentation were absolutely amazing! My wife took the juice tasting and I chose the wines and I’d absolutely recommend that to everyone who goes with their partner and has the chance to try both! As soon as you enter the stylishly furnished restaurant, you can feel the dedication and attention to detail that runs through the entire evening. The menu impresses with its sophistication and complexity. Each course is a work of art in itself that sends the taste buds on an exciting journey. The combination of high-quality international and regional ingredients and innovative preparation methods shows the chef's creative signature. The harmony of flavors and the carefully balanced textures, which give every bite a special tension, are particularly impressive. The wine selection in the Pietsch restaurant is equally remarkable. The carefully curated wine list offers the perfect accompaniment to every course, further enriching the culinary experience. The recommendations from the attentive and very knowledgeable staff always hit the mark and rounded off the menu harmoniously. Another highlight of the evening was the excellent service. Robin Pietsch's team looked after each individual guest personally and very attentively. The general friendliness and private atmosphere helped us feel completely comfortable and welcome. Last but not least, it should be mentioned that the experience at Restaurant Pietsch is worth every euro. The quality of the food, the service and the ambience fully justify the price. We enjoyed every minute and are already looking forward to our next visit. Five out of five stars for an exceptional dining experience that will be remembered.
