The service...the people are kind, hard working, and some greet you with a smile and even remember your name but there have been errors in my orders numerous times. From missing the protein I ordered to no dressing on the feature salad, to not submitting my order to the kitchen 2Xs. I order take out so this is an issue. In one instance I called in and was told my order would take 10 to 15 minutes when I arrived my order had not been submitted and in that instance my order took 40 minutes to process. Other people who had come in after I arrived were eating before I even received my order. Rather than a macro bowl with two poached eggs I got a salad with 2 poached eggs. Each person on the team blamed the other and one blamed me.
There have been 5 incidents now in a total of 10 orders thats within the last 2 months.
I encourage picnic too to look at their work flows, how they communicate with one another and suggest the following phrase: how can we put this right for you?
