Pesca Seafood Restaurant Amsterdam is a true seafood gem! From the moment you step in, everything feels carefully curated and full of passion. The service was absolutely outstanding — huge thanks to Rutger and his brother for creating such a warm, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere. You genuinely feel taken care of. As for the food — everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. Standout dishes: – The shelf crab was phenomenal — we ordered it five times! – The herring was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. P.S. Just a tiny note — the scallops could be cooked a touch less But that’s just nitpicking in an otherwise perfect meal.
