The atmosphere and decoration of the place is amazing, the plants, tables, lights etc. The stuff horrible.. i have been there a few times already and i know the service is very slow, I was okay with it at the end of the day i always had what i ordered and i was happy with the taste of the things. I went again today for a drink, i came in, sited, it was almost empty and there were 3 girls in the bar. After a while, i was ready to order so i waited for one of them to come my way. After 15 minutes, nothing, i saw already one of them looking at me maybe 3 times and then once we even had an eye contact and still didn't decided to come and take my order. The girls were just laughing and talking to each other the whole time, one of them even broke like 10 glasses and they all started to laugh.. I could have gone to the bar and make my order but i was curious to see if one of them will ever come. Obviously no one came so i left. Its sad and ridiculous to have this kind of behavior and to get paid for doing nothing. It more sad to have such a beautiful place with so bad stuff. Thank you! The service was both friendly and efficient, with staff members going out of their way to cater to our needs. Despite the size of our group, orders were taken promptly, and the food and drinks arrived without delay. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, and the quality exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Parterre for anyone planning a group event or simply looking for a venue with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
