Ordered here all the time the last few years and it was always well done. They have been making so many mistakes and giv8ng me garbage pizza with no toppings or the wrong toppings entirely. Each time no effort was made to correct, I had to go out twice to get the correct pizza I ordered as they refused to deliver the correction. Don't waste your time or money at this place anymore. If they make a mistake...and they will, it will cost you money and time and not the other way around. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Always loved papa johns in cobourg but under new ownership t he pizza has gone downhill. The last pizza I got there had virtually no tomato sauce and toppings were less than normal . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

After having a terrible experience across the street and little ceaser I decided to come over to papa johns the atmosphere of this pizza place was unreal the young kids in the back working but also having a great time making pizza while singing along to some music was lovely to hear. I would also like to add what wonderful customer service this establishment has. Not only was I greeted when I came in by a young man with a smile and asking me how I was and what I would like. They went above and beyond I accidentally forgot my wallet in the store. the young man returned my wallet to my home. Papa johns you have some incredible employees on your hands. Thank you so much papa johns pizza Iam very greatful of your kind act
