We had brunch at Pip and were served by Chris, who was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive, friendly, and made sure our waters were always full. Truly some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. Shoutout to the rest of the team as well—every staff member was kind and wished us goodbye on our way out, which made the experience feel so genuine. Coming from a serving background myself, I have a deep appreciation for how much work goes into this job, and the staff here absolutely nailed it. Can’t wait to come back! Seriously.... one of the best brunches I've ever had. My boyfriend and I went for brunch and shared two plates - the french toast and the short ribs eggs bene. The french toast was the best french toast we've both ever had - the cereal whipped cream on top was to for! Passionfruit Mimosa was amazing. Would 100/10 re-visit the next time we are in Edmonton!!
