Je suis extrêmement déçu par ma récente expérience chez Paul. En ouvrant notre commande, nous avons découvert un cafard à l'intérieur de la nourriture. C'est inacceptable et soulève de graves préoccupations en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais cet endroit et je conseille à tous de faire très attention. It is regrettable to note that despite repeated remarks, the staff persists in serving bread with or without gloves without using tongs and handles money at the same time which from a hygiene point of view is catastrophic. This is observed both in Souissi and at Carrefour Market. Likewise, exposing bread to spit height is more than problematic. Very sorry to see that the quality of service has not been improved. I had a very bad customer experience today. The person who was supposed to take the order took almost 25 minutes to come see us. I ask for a hot chocolate and my friend for a coffee, he comes back after 15 minutes to tell us there is no hot chocolate left (at 11 a.m.).
