The hotel does not match the stated price or service!!! Firstly, the hotel is undergoing renovations on the 2nd floor (with chiselling with a hammer drill, drill) And this is all during the New Year holidays, when people came to relax!!! You can hear it even on the 7th floor, let alone the people on the lower floors, they are simply in shock! Medical center: this is a separate topic!!! The staff is calmly late for work and doesn’t even bother! On January 02, the registrar of the medical center listed the prescribed procedures for 01/03 and subsequent days, starting from 8:00) Having arrived at 8:00, the medical center was not working, the registrar came at 07/08, and said that the doctor would only be there from 9:00 (((When asked what to do with the procedures, appointed from 8.00-9.00 - now we will reschedule... And there were a lot of us, then people who were waiting for the procedure on the 0th floor arrived, there were also no staff there. From 9.00 the medical center started working, procedures began to be released, BUT... listen to the dissatisfaction of the vacationers medical staff that they will work only from 9.00 to 13.00, as they are not paid extra for working on holidays - vacationers are absolutely not required!! But there are also good points: I would like to thank the doctor Liliya Mamedovna Afanasyeva for her professionalism and sensitive attitude towards patients! Everything is clear and essentially explained and prescribed procedures! Restaurant: what distinguishes it from the dining room is, perhaps, the presence of a tablecloth and beautiful window lighting! Oh, and the waiters clearing the table! That's it! You won't stay hungry, but you won't call this food tasty (( Rooms: 20 years old renovation, everything is very budget-friendly, even in a 2-level suite (window sills with peeling paint and edges, leaking plumbing) The hotel clearly has a shortage of staff: maids, medical staff, administrators...and problems with staff discipline! Conclusion: I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel! We will definitely never return here again! It’s a pity for the money spent (and the trip is sooooo expensive), and for the unjustified hopes for a New Year’s holiday! Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3
