I typically don’t post reviews unless I am particularly satisfied with the quality and service of a restaurant or establishment. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share an experience at Numero 10 that left us disappointed. Recently, my wife and I visited the restaurant, and I asked her to look for a table while I parked the car. She was told by the staff that the restaurant was full. However, shortly afterwards, a couple left the restaurant, which suggests there was no genuine reason to deny her entry. While we understand that capacity limits exist, what was concerning was the rude behavior and apparent discrimination based on skin color. We have always enjoyed respectful treatment at neighboring places nearby, and it’s a shame to see such conduct at an establishment that should promote hospitality. Regrettably, this experience has led us to not recommend Numero 10 to friends or colleagues. We hope the restaurant will reflect on how they treat all customers, regardless of background, and take steps to ensure everyone is welcomed with dignity. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fortunatamente chi ci conosce sa che non siamo come lei ci descrive, non ho mai fatto distinzione. Pertanto questa recinzione la considero nulla, di solito le prendo come spunto per migliorare ma questa è ridicola.
