I had a perfect evening at this restaurant. I will report the points I appreciated: - The quantity of food is NOT excessive: some dishes contained 4 pieces of sushi instead of the usual 8 or 12, this allows you to have more space to try more products. It definitely makes a difference and allows you to get out of your "comfort zone" when it comes to food. Food that is truly delicious: from fries to nigiri, they didn't do anything wrong. - I never understood how Mille Sushi Fusion was the restaurant that opened in the same location after "Hana", which in the meantime is Ono's sister restaurant in via Casati etc. but, as a person who loves the other restaurant, in terms of space, food and friendliness it has very little to envy to the longer-standing "competitor". The spaces are well looked after, perhaps dimly lit but this is a characteristic of this type of restaurant. - The smells! Which aren't there! When I go to a restaurant I always fear coming home smelling of cooking, and maybe my friends and I ate early, but this didn't happen! I know it's a relatively important detail, but in my opinion it makes the difference! - The friendliness! They are all very nice and polite. In many restaurants there is a "detachment" from the customer which here is canceled out by smiles and attention to detail. One of the few times when, eating sushi, I go home not regretting having eaten too much. Satisfied and satisfied! I'll be back!
