There's definitely a lot of charm in this place. Unique items such as pickle cotton candy and chocolate covered sour cherries. I even saw rum & raisin ice cream, which seems to be hard to find. Souvenirs from Muskoka, fudge, specialty chocolate as well. We grabbed a few chairs and enjoyed some white hot chocolate and other treats. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very rude staff. No one in the store, but for some reason they can't scoop some bubblegum icecream into a waffle cone? We had 60$ worth of stuff and wanted a simple ice cream. We put most of that stuff back and only got anything because our kids already chose stuff. Unbelievable, we have been coming back for 4 years now, and sadly will not be coming back again. Learn to sell icecream better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Brian, I am so sorry that you had this experience in our store. I think there might have been some confusion here. We only sell 'tots' ice cream to children under seven. I believe the ice cream you are talking about was for your wife. We would have happily done a single scoop ice cream for your wife in a waffle cone. If you would like to give us a call at the store we would love to make this right and welcome you back

Best little chocolate house in the area. Ms Nancy and her staff do a great job serving the public. If you can’t find the sweets at this spot you are out off luck. Her Truffles are to die for. I know when I give them to my girl friend’s they love them. Will always go back to the Nutty Chocolatier for good service and wonderful chocolate.
