Good evening! I would like to leave a very honest review of Nice Place. This establishment calls itself a “restaurant”, but the restaurant is only a name. The fact is that having worked there for more than a year, I can tell you how terrible it is to work there and generally spend time as a “guest”. Let's start from the very beginning. I came there to work as a bartender despite my age. I was UNDERAGE. They hired me for this position and I worked with alcohol from the age of 15 to 16, sometimes 4-5 16 hour shifts in a row, which completely VIOLATED my labor rights and management. This didn’t bother me at all, while working at the bar I noticed what a disgusting state the bar was in! Everything was covered in mold, everything was dirty, there was a black coating everywhere, I was also in absolutely every corner of the restaurant and to be honest, I was amazed by the number of VIOLATIONS of Sanitary Standards that I was simply stunned! workers work without gloves with their hands, first scratch their feet, hands and then cook, touch everything with their hands, and then, as if nothing had happened, they knead the dough for you and lay out the dishes with their hands for YOU with love. Fruit drinks and lemongrass stand in a dirty, cold chamber on the floor and scoop it up with a cup, and workers can also drink fruit juice from this common cup from which they fill you up and go on to work, probably many have read the reviews or have themselves found themselves in such a situation when the quality of the dish is a little weak and some They dismissed it all as something like this couldn’t happen! The fact is that the Kulikov group has been practicing this for a long time: they recruit young children in violation of the labor code of the Russian Federation and do not pay them, on the last shift they start yelling, they allow themselves to raise their hand so that they can firmly grab them by the forearm and push out of the restaurant the teenagers who came to help the restaurant with their work and all this is hiding behind Tatyana Gennadievna Kulikova, who, as I know, works in the administration, to be honest, she is a wonderful woman, but P.N. Kulikov and N.N. Kulikov are still those personnel. Remnants of the 90s make themselves felt. And the funny thing is that the salads that you eat are collected by teenagers with dirty hands who wipe their sweaty foreheads out of fatigue, etc. So before you go to such a wonderful place to work or eat, THINK THREE! By the way, products that may fall on a dirty floor during operation can be shaken off and used further. Also, the co-founder could well afford to come to work drunk, naturally, the administration of the “restaurant” will try to refute this information, but the only thing they won’t be able to refute is the checks) Don’t rush to immediately shout how terrible the staff in the establishment are and how bad they are, After all, the problem is in the products and in the management, such violations come at the expense of terrible management. And when the time came for the calculation, the co-founder decided to simply dump all the work on his father, who sent us literally in three letters and kicked us out of the establishment with shouts and three-story obscenities.
