Great experience at MR.SUB The food was fresh and tasty, especially the veggie sub — lots of fresh vegetables and perfectly balanced. The service was excellent, and Mehali and the other staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to eat. Definitely a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very bad service from one lady there. I went into Mr. sub and ordered two subs one for me and one for my friend. I asked for sub sauce on both subs then I turned around while she was putting it on and when I turned back around she was putting mayo on the subs. Then when I went back and asked politely for it to be remade, she said that she wouldn’t remake it. Then proceeded to tell me that I DID ask for mayo when i’m certain that I didn’t because I cannot eat mayo, I was also reading off an order from my friend who didn’t ask for mayo. After going in to the sub place three separate times and asking for around 10 minutes she finally agreed to remake it. However she was using some very unprofessional language and was raising her voice at my friend and I. She said that I shouldn’t bother coming back if I’m going to have issues and ask for my food to be remade, she said that she was going to get in trouble at work now because we asked for our subs to be fixed, and was implying that we weren’t telling the truth and calling her a liar. She also claimed that the cost of the food being remade would come out of her personal paycheque (I later looked up the laws in ontario around that and it is illegal for an employer to take money out of an employees paycheque over a food remake) The other worker who was in Mr. sub at the time this took place was telling her to remake it for us and she was ignoring him. I am very unsatisfied with this level of unprofessionalism and hope that no one else has to have an experience like this. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $1–10
