Modus Ristorante, Wow! A Truly Unforgettable Dining Experience – Especially for Gluten-Free Guests! I don’t normally write reviews, but I just had one of the best dining experiences of my life in Toronto, and I had to share. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming – but what really made the evening special was the service and the food. Our waiter, Terrin, was absolutely remarkable. I mentioned that I was gluten-free, and without missing a beat, he listed off a variety of options from memory. It wasn’t just that they had gluten-free dishes – it was the way he made me feel completely included and taken care of. Not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or had to compromise on taste or quality. The food itself? Incredible. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with care. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Terrin came back to offer me a special gluten-free dessert, a stunning creation with raspberry and chocolate. It was clearly made with someone like me in mind, and it completely blew me away. Whether you’re gluten-free, have celiac disease, or simply want a memorable night out, this place is a gem. I’m so grateful for the experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting or living in Toronto.
