Dear Shantal, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your recent visit wasn't up to your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, and we appreciate your feedback. We had conveyed previously to your husband Denver, that we investigated and assessed the entire process, from preparation to the serving of the meal. The surveillance footage revealed that the meal was prepared fresh along with other chickens. The staff followed all prep and cooking protocols including spicing. In the footage the entire meal was consumed. Unfortunately we found no wrong doing by any member of the staff and your order was for the half chicken special. We followed up immediately with the customer that received the other half of the full chicken and they were thoroughly satisfied and complimented the meal. There is no compromise with quality and service and we do address every customer complaint immediately and have followed all proceedures and have investigated the complaint. Regrettably the outcome was one that was not favorable to you.
