Not impressed un an plus tôt sur Restaurant Guru

I've been ordering and enjoying this locations food for a long time. The quality of food has always been impeccable, even unmatched, and I have received nothing but the utmost respect and consideration from the staff for years. UNTIL TODAY! On Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 at 10:01pm, I called the Milano's at the 1234 Merivale location to place a near $50. order, and after being told to wait a minute, which became much longer, I was hung up on. Upon calling back, I was immediately spoken to with less politeness and respect than I would treat a local farmers cattle. The disrespect and utter contempt displayed to me by the prick who may or may not consider himself an employ on the other end of the line was shocking. For close to three minutes, he talked to me as if I was the individual who ruined his life. It took all my strength to remain calm enough to not show up at the location in question and not break the rude pricks neck. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer who always gave praise about Milano's food and staff. At this point in time, I am not certain I will ever spend another dollar at this establishment ever again. No matter how good the food is, when an individual is spoken to the way I was on this day is disgusting and I am so upset in the manner in which I was treated that the quality of the food bears no matter at all to how I feel. The person who spoke to and treated me like a farm animal on the phone deserves to be fired and needs to rethink the manner in which he speaks to human beings because one day if he speaks to the wrong person the way I was spoken to, he will not have a good day at that time. Without a doubt this is the worst food order I have ever had with any restaurant anywhere and the way I was spoken to and treated by the individual on the other line should never ever happen to anybody. If the prick reads this, you don't deserve your job. To begin with, you should not be dealing with the public and you discussed me. To the rest of the people that work there, I hope that you do not ever treat anybody in this fashion because like I said, I do not know whether I am ever going to spend another dollar at your location again. I will also be telling everybody I know about this day and how I was treated by this Milano's at 1234 Merivale Road. Have a good day. I hope it's better than mine was after being treated the way I was.
