To all who order takeaways here - check on your bag with your order before leaving or even before saying danke. Stuff forgot (I believe) to put a cheeseburger! This is the second time ithappens! Whoever owns this place please have a word with staff. I was ripped off like €2,5 which is not much but very disappointing. After a long trip, we pulled up shortly before the store closed. McDonald's as usual. Everything great. Service friendly and courteous despite the late hour. Everything was clean and tidy. I am more than disappointed. For a long time I have been paying for restaurants (formerly Sodexo) at McDonalds with my Pluxee notes, no matter which one. It is always accepted without hesitation, McDonalds is also an official partner as stated on the website. Only in this shop did an extremely rude, uneducated woman refuse to accept it. I asked her to please ask her boss, otherwise the checks are always accepted. She came back after a second and replied rudely that it wouldn't work here because the check was a restaurant check but this was Mcdonals, so not a restaurant... huh?! She portrayed me as stupid, which I didn't like at all. I knew I was right in assuming that Mcdonals was a partner of Pluxee. Out of principle I went and didn't buy anything, I'm beyond disappointed.
