I lost my wallet containing 500 euros, my driver’s license, and other documents in front of this tobacconist. The day after, I returned to ask to view the CCTV footage, providing the exact time of the incident. Initially, I was told there was no time to review the video. Everyone knows that CCTV footage is stored for a limited period, so delaying or procrastinating the review could mean losing the only chance to resolve the issue. When I asked for a more convenient time, I was told that a technician would need to be called, but no mention of costs was made. Later, after the Carabinieri contacted the tobacconist, I was informed that I would have to pay 200 euros for the technician. This behavior seemed unhelpful and unfair toward a customer in difficulty.

As a comparison, I once lost 10 euros in a vending machine at the tobacconist Friggi Aldo Antonio in Motta Visconti. Despite not having a receipt, the tobacconist reviewed the CCTV footage and refunded me the amount the next day without any issues. I find it absurd that for a more serious matter like this, I am being asked to pay 200 euros for a technician when a little collaboration would be enough to resolve the situation.

I go there often even if I live in Buccinasco because the time spent at Manitu' regenerates me. In the silence of the park, in the middle of the greenery, in the company of squirrels, even just a coffee is priceless. However you can have excellent breakfasts and aperitifs and much more. Follow them, it will be a nice surprise. Elizabeth
