My wife and I attended a food truck festival today and this restaurants truck was there. I really enjoyed the raspberry flavour of the cold slaw and the big portions of fish as well as the batter for the fish was not too much and coated the fish nicely. The crunchy prawns were also fabulous.

My only negative was the fries were a bit over cooked but that didn’t interfere with my enjoyment of the meal.

Consistent quality fish with good portion size at a decent price, and super friendly service. Wait is generally reasonable unless they're slammed.

Fish is on the crispier end of the batter spectrum, which i find better anyways than the more doughy batter you'd find at a sit down restaurant/pub compared to a truck. Good ratio of fish to batter. Fries are just ok but upgrades to poutine or yam fries make up for it.
