On our last visit on March 25, 2024, my husband and I were completely dissatisfied with the service, the cuisine, and nothing. Firstly, I booked a table in advance, warned that it was my husband’s birthday! So we came, they started asking us for my husband’s passport as confirmation that it was his birthday (horror! We are not some kind of youngsters, we are an adequate married couple, we came to the restaurant to celebrate his birthday! Secondly, you serve so-so! The girl who was asked to bring it out beautifully to congratulate her husband, without any music, brought out a piece of dried cake and a candle on the side, adjusted it, and said happy birthday! Our establishment is open until 23.00 pm! I’ll bring you the bill, and the work schedule states that on Monday your restaurant should be open until 00.00 am Not very nice... Thirdly, when we asked to take something from the bar with us, without hesitation for a second we were told that the kitchen and bar were closed!!! They defiantly turned off the background music! Fourthly - it's very cold! While we were sitting for 1.5 hours, our legs froze and that’s basically it! Because of your negligent attitude towards clients, I got sick!!! They came more than once, constantly came with children, celebrated birthdays! But March 25 was our last visit to this place! I don't recommend it The choice was between Mama Roma (which was supposed to work essentially until 00.00 at night, and we were asked to leave already at 22.50 minutes) and Inzhir (which worked until 23.00) We chose Mama Roma because we decided the work would last longer, that is, until 00.00 I don't recommend it!
