Lido Malkasten est proche de Goethe Museum Dusseldorf. Commandez une crème brulée délicieuse. Essayez un expresso immense ici. Les clients n'apprécient pas vraiment prendre un kama et un bitter à ce restaurant.
Lido Malkasten est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Un personnel amical attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Ce lieu offre un service sympa à ses visiteurs. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une ambiance spectaculaire. Cet endroit a obtenu le score de 4.2 dans le système de notation de Google.

Belle terrasse, beaucoup de place et ambiance sympa. En revanche la qualité des plats n’est pas en relation avec le prix affiché. Cela donne l’impression d’un manque évident d’humilité. Le service est jeune, souriant mais sans expérience. Rien de grave mais à ce niveau de prix on s’attend à mieux en tout. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The ambience and service were really fantastic! The decor is tasteful and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to this positive impression - the taste was rather disappointing and the quality was below expectations. A nice place for a drink, but unfortunately I wouldn't go back for a good meal. Price per person: €50–60 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm a fan of very good reviews. Unfortunately this doesn't work here. The following personal opinion refers to our lunch after the civil wedding last weekend in the Lido Malkasten with 17 people and 2 children: The food at our table was delicious, thanks again to the kitchen team. In addition, 4x EUR 3.50 were waived for creating and printing the simple menu cards, thank you very much. The service was mixed. Basically everything worked on the day, but two days after the event was over we received an email about the table arrangements - but the event was already over. Some points were out of round. Well, everything's fine. Everything worked. It's a shame - the billing was wrong in several points and over several hundred euros: - The agreement that the aperitif (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) was on the house was partially not kept and it was explicitly stated afterwards that nothing would be corrected - 12 bottles of wine were billed. Of the 19 guests, we had 2 children, 1 pregnant woman, 1 breastfeeding woman, 5 drivers and that left 10 people who drank alcohol at all. After consultation with the guests, 1-3 glasses were drunk per guest including refills for lunch. It was very hot and so people drank more water - The fact that Fruchtsecco cost EUR 48 per bottle (the only item not discussed during lunch) shocked us very much and was therefore not communicated beforehand. This even significantly exceeded the price of the wine. It was now announced that nothing would be changed. Learning curve: Don't pay the bills on the wedding day when you have 3 glasses of wine and a lot of positive emotions at your own wedding, but have them sent to your home and check them at your leisure 2 days later. This won't happen to me again. This was pointed out to us today in a telephone conversation (they didn't want to resolve the matter in person - a rogue who thinks evil of it). Who drank 12 bottles of wine is a mystery to us, why a bottle of 0.7l fruit secco costs almost 50 euros, and unfortunately you can't rely on verbal appointments between four people in the Lido Malkasten. Too bad. Guests who do not want to incur additional costs of over EUR 400 for festive occasions should consider whether this restaurant is the right one for them. We will refrain from future visits and wish everyone who wants to try their luck at settlement roulette with Ms. H. good luck, especially at emotional events. Invoice attached.
