Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de ce lieu car il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une ambiance agréable. Mais la plupart des visiteurs qui utilisent Google n'ont pas donné une bonne note à cet endroit.

After spending many wonderful moments there over the last 30 years, we wanted to try out the new main terrace for ourselves, despite many negative comments from our friends. Where do I begin??? The location would be suitable, but unfortunately no people from the catering industry seem to be running it. The reservation didn't work and we were supposed to sit at a small table on the terrace. The “decoration” a water glass with a single geranium. Since this was our wedding anniversary we hoped it would be better indoors. As I said, the substance was there, but... We sat down and waited for things to happen The aperitif was ok - but theoretically you can't go wrong with a . Then came the greeting from the kitchen, which was nicely prepared. Unfortunately they forgot to add the small plates and the small knife and for two people to put three slices of bread... Although the salad was tasty to begin with, unfortunately half of the salad was drowned in dressing. The starter came and I asked for pepper. The conditions came and put salt and pepper mills in front of us - unfortunately both didn't work and my husband went looking for them himself because the rest of the staff were overwhelmed in the outside area. The food was handed out of the window behind my husband and commands were shouted to the two waitresses from there In the background the radio played romantic advertising - romantic Unfortunately we were also disappointed with the main course, my husband's veal steaks were dry and my pasta with mussels and beans was a nightmare. I felt sick halfway through the meal. I forgot to mention - I had ordered a non-alcoholic wheat and they gave me one with alcohol. Unfortunately, by the time I realized it, I had already taken a big sip... We paid €75 for the whole thing! It's a shame about the evening we had imagined would be so beautiful.

We were at the Neue Mainterrasse yesterday for a birthday party, all the food was very good and freshly prepared. The half duck was fantastic, and the rump steak was also very tasty. The team responded to all requests and was very friendly. I can only recommend everyone who gives negative reviews to give the restaurant another chance. Thanks to Marco and the new chef, something has really happened and the restaurant definitely deserves a second chance. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
