I recently visited The Loving Hut in Maribor, Slovenia, and had the pleasure of trying their Saturday menu of the week. The meal was delightful, featuring a plate of beautifully prepared fried rice brimming with fresh vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, and possibly eggplant or zucchini. The side of crisp cucumbers and ripe tomatoes added a refreshing touch to the hearty main dish. Accompanied by a glass of the local Lasko beer, the dining experience was really nice after climbing the mountain. To top it off, a small, decadent chocolate or coffee-flavored cake provided a sweet end to the meal.
