Première expérience. Nous avons été servi par Laurie, qui nous a offert un super service, très attentionnée et professionnelle. Le concept du menu très bien expliqué, chaque plat était un délice. Nous avons partagé deux entrées, un légume et un plat plus consistant. La quantité était assez bonne. Les plats avec poisson (saumon avec crème de mais et le ceviche) étaient simplement délicieux. Today, as we just arrived in Rimouski on our trip, my fiancée and I decided to check out Losange Restaurant at 100 Rue St Germain O, Rimouski, QC G5L 4B6. My first impression was that it’s a truly interesting place! The interior isn't lavish, but it has a unique charm with nothing superfluous. The tables are incredibly comfortable, and the entire layout makes the experience feel both romantic and relaxed. Plus, you have options to sit on the terrace, by the bar, or in the main dining area, which is great. ️ The staff here is exceptionally friendly – I mean, truly, truly wonderful. All the team members are not only well-presented and look fantastic, but they are also incredibly kind, very polite, immensely attentive, and at the same time, unobtrusive and modest. This is the perfect combination of qualities for top-tier service! They truly made us feel welcome. Now, the food – what can I say? I don't want to be cliché, but the word that comes to mind is "unique." That's exactly how I'd describe it. The menu isn't huge, but there's definitely something to choose from, and the chef and the entire kitchen staff clearly know how to surprise and delight. The presentation is superb, and the main dishes were absolutely incredible! ️ For drinks, they have a great selection, from classic cocktails to Italian Prosecco and even various whiskeys. From what I gathered, this is a relatively new establishment. I sincerely wish all the staff a bright future and great prosperity. You've already reached an excellent level; now it's time for more victories!
