Sono stato ieri sera con amici, menu particolare e interessante, piatti molto buoni, saporiti ed equilibrati. Servizio attento, locale molto curato e prezzi adeguati. It would be hard to describe the elegance and style of this restaurant without focusing on the food, but the space is so welcoming and beautiful it must be mentioned. The food though: The multi course meal provided flavors that never disappointed us. Every course was a surprise, but expertly flavored and delicately delivered. The service was calm yet attentive and the pace of our 8 courses was serene. The food was divine with mellow flavors combined to please even a picky patron. The presentation was delicate and appealing to the eye. I cannot say enough about Locanda Viola. It is the epitome of high end cuisine in small town Italy. You will feel at times so relaxed, so taken care, and so fulfilled that you will forget you are not in a restaurant that takes years to get a reservation.
