Really great atmosphere! Delightful, friendly service, unfortunately very overwhelmed. The three of us wanted to have breakfast. two drinks (coffee and tea) took about 15-20 minutes. The third coffee came differently than ordered (no problem) but 10 minutes later. When I asked, the really simple breakfast (1x muesli, 2x chive bread) only came after about 50 minutes. It was different from what was on the menu (also completely fine, that's how it is sometimes in restaurants), but the time was difficult to understand, especially since it was only 3 -4 other people were. A friend was late for her appointment. I think it's really important to make young people fit for work, but they need good training in the catering industry and also an introduction to how to approach problems spontaneously and flexibly. Furthermore, it is unfair to leave someone like that all alone when this is known. The price for a miniature muesli at €5.60(?) is steep, especially since I've already gotten larger portions for that price in really upscale breakfast places in Vienna. I wish you continued success, it could be a really great place. Some things need to be thought about or discussed in the team, I think. Many don’t have the understanding or patience that we had as teen moms. P.s. Even though we don't eat VEGAN, the breakfast with chive bread and a soft egg is absolutely not vegan. Vegan means no animal products at all. This includes all dairy products as well as eggs and honey, for example. A vegan option would be a hummus bread with fresh vegetables. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Café Little Havana in Gänserndorf and it was a wonderful experience! The waitresses are very friendly and attentive, which really made the morning enjoyable. The breakfast was not only lovingly prepared, but also tasted excellent. You can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail here. The entire restaurant exudes an inviting living room atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. Overall, I can highly recommend Café Little Havana – a perfect place for a relaxed breakfast or a social gathering. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
