I had a fantastic experience at this Little Caesars location, and it was entirely thanks to Anjali. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a huge smile and a positive attitude that you just don't see often enough in fast food. The store was busy, but Anjali handled everything with incredible efficiency and grace. She was professional, kind, and made sure my order was 100% correct and "Hot-N-Ready" exactly when I needed it. It’s rare to receive such high-quality customer service, and Anjali truly went above and beyond to make my visit great. If you’re stopping by this location, I hope you’re lucky enough to be served by her. Give that girl a raise! I’ll definitely be coming back. *I only ever buy crazy bread, this review will not be about the pizza* Compared to the other location on KGR, this Little Cesar’s is much better. The crazy bread always has a good amount of Parmesan cheese and is warm and fresh. I walked home from here last night in the cold and the crazy bread tasted more fresh than the “fresh” ones from the other place. Never have to wait. I’ve had Little Caesars Pizza a few times now, and I genuinely like their consistency. They have managed to maintain the same taste every single time. I’ve never felt like they’ve cheaped out on the toppings, which really sets them apart. Because of this, I’ve found myself ordering from them more often than any other pizza chain recently. The pizzas are always ready at the promised time, and their website is easy to navigate, making the whole ordering process smooth and hassle-free. I do see very mixed reviews for this location, so I guess it’s a hit or miss — luckily, it seems I’ve been in the right group so far. The front staff has always been friendly and efficient, which I really appreciate. If I had one suggestion, it would be to introduce a loyalty points system — unless they already have one and I’ve just missed it! Overall, a reliable go-to spot for pizza.
