Le Feu Rouge Restaurant, Le Bourg, 22650 Trégon, France Near to St Malo.We were passing through the area in early October 2017 with car and caravan which can be difficult to park.Having been attracted by the outward presentation of the building, we stopped here to try it for lunch and were thoroughly stunned. The first appearance often dictates the delivery and we were not to be disappointed. On arrival we found ample room to park our unit in their car park.Entering we received a really friendly reception and were impressed by the cleanliness and the general decor and appearance of this establishment. It is so light, airy, colourful and altogether charming. The toilets were exceptional, spotlessly clean, and bright they provided all facilities.Given a choice of table by a very attentive young lady we spotted the central covered display for the buffet style entrées containing a mouth-watering extensive selection of seafood, meats, pâté, saucisson, salads etc in generous proportions which was our first call. To say we were surprised by the choice is a gross understatement. It really was excellent quality.The main course consisted of 3/4 choices so your particular palate could easily be satisfied. True it was 'simple' food but it was really tasty and there was plenty of it.Choice of deserts were numerous and all washed down with your choice of wine at a cost of 25.60€ including coffee for the two of us.Well done Le Feu Rouge. We can thoroughly recommend your establishment to fellow travellers and hope they too enjoy the same hospitality we received.We'll be back even if we need to take a detour, it's certainly worth it.
