Very disappointed with the service here and the food wasn’t great either. I think they left their phone off the hook because the restaurant was completely empty but because I couldn’t get through by phone I did an online order and had to pick it up instead of getting it delivered. Their website states that you save 10% on orders over $50 if you pick them up or you get free delivery but beware that neither of these apply if you do an online order and they were extremely short and rude when I asked about the 10% and why it wouldn’t apply in my situation. Lesson learned, we will not be going back and they have lost customers from households that have lived in Ladner for over 40, 50 and 60+ years. Moved to SD a few years ago and usually opt to head to Richmond when craving Chinese cuisine. Late practice for the kid, decided we give this spot a chance. While i had some high hopes this could he a future option for us, unfortunately they fell flat. Unsure if they have dine in or not as we did pick up. There are tables in there but doesnt look like its set up for dine in. When I got there, No one up front. Took a few minutes before anyone came out to greet myself and another customer who came in after me. Hot and sour soup was all sour with no hot. Egg foo young was ok but loaded with a pound of sprouts, the sauce was on it was decent. Love bird fried rice lacked any real seasoning or taste. Had one other dish, cant member what it was, that is how memorable it was. Sorry to say, but will not be back. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
