No smiles, no greetings... A completely insipid expression on her face! When asked where you can undress, she answered nowhere! She said that the wardrobe was closed due to the onset of the summer season. I was surprised. “Perhaps there is a portable hanger?” The answer is negative. Where do visitors hang their outerwear? It’s still cold outside, and I asked again, where can I hang my coat? In response, I heard from Nadezhda: “I don’t know.” And she left. The establishment employs a waiter, Grigory, who, unlike Nadezhda, tried to solve all the guests’ questions and was attentive. When I asked for an extra chair for my coat, he suggested I take it to the locker room. The manager's behavior was more than strange!
