I read in the reviews that another person didn't have a good experience because he found the staff to be unfriendly. Personally, nothing to say about the gentleman who served us, but rather the tones that were used by the lady at the counter to address my mother-in-law. Having never been there, we asked how it worked and if we had to order at the counter. We were harshly given a 'wait your turn' response in a rude manner. Furthermore, a gentleman at the counter who was talking to the gentleman who served us took a video of us with his mobile phone while the canapés were being served to us. Taking into account the influx of people and having to do everything on the spot, however, the wait was a bit long. Good canapés, we liked the 'house' one very much. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Very slow service, 20 minutes before having a glass of wine and a canapé; I ordered a pinot noir which I sent back (first time I've ever sent a glass back) because it was brown and marsala; the owner insisted stating "this pinot noir is made like this, I tasted it". I was then given a glass of Burgundy, of a low standard (if it was actually Burgundy). The owner, very arrogant and rude, had to return to the table to point out that "it is obvious that Burgundy is better than the first Pinot Noir". Good canapés, although seeing the disaster and the lack of cleanliness behind the counter at the time of the bill, I don't know if I would have ordered them. I won't be returning. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
