The food! The food is extraterrestial, divine. Friendly and very professional service, excellent value, high quality ingrediences. Don't miss this place, even if you have to drive 40 km. I recently had the opportunity to visit the La Mozzata Restaurant in Aversa, driven by the positive reviews on Instagram and the recommendations of friends. I have to say that the experience was absolutely positive and I didn't regret it at all. The appetizers, although they did not arouse particular emotions in me, were still tasty. However, what really surprised me was the pizza, the restaurant's specialty, with an exclusively mozzarella base. I had been waiting a long time to try it and I must say that I was not disappointed. Although the size may seem a little small, I understand that for this type of preparation it is difficult to make it larger. I tried both the classic one and the one with mortadella and pistachio, both were sublime and fully worth the price of the ticket. The overall prices are average, although I found them slightly high for the starters. However, considering the quality and originality of the dishes they are fine. The staff was kind and helpful in recommending the dishes that best suited our tastes. The place is very large and welcoming, with decor reminiscent of a dairy and an atmosphere that completely envelops you in the culinary experience linked to mozzarella. Overall, it was a delicious and tasty experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to delight their palate with original, quality dishes.
