Recently visited this place with my wife ( coz we missed home ) and tried their Crispy Pata, Sisig, and Inihaw na Pusit. They were all amazing, but the Crispy Pata stood out as the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, it truly surpassed every other version I’ve tried. Soo veerryyy TASTY!!! ( hope they have a branch in PH so my parents can try them out) The dish was even better with their homemade dipping sauce, which added a perfect tangy kick. The Sisig was just as flavorful and sizzling hot, and the Inihaw na Pusit on a sizzling plate was tender, smoky, and full stuffed flavor. The highlight, though, was the warm welcome from the owner, who made us feel right at home. The hospitality here is top-notch. Unfortunately, this branch is closing soon - this coming Sunday, but I’ll definitely be back to try their Kare Kare at Vancouver branch. It’s a bummer I missed it this time, but I’ll be back for more. See y’all in Vancouver branch!! If you’re after authentic Filipino flavors, this place is a must!" Kulinarya Filipino Eatery is a small little Filipino restaurant near me that we’ve often overlooked. The decor inside is homey and thrifted 19 th century Victorian garden.

Sizzling Sisig 11: Crispy minced pork pig ears with egg. This is the number one favorite of everyone entering the restaurant. Every table has pretty much order this dish. Comes on a hot plate with a raw egg to be mixed in and cooked on the table. Add a quick squeeze of lemon to cut the fat and brighten the flavors. It really is quite delicious.
